Eileen Rancharan started her journey in higher education working in college admission counseling for six years, and was passionate in helping students in the transition to college. During that time, she grew a passion for helping families and students manage their mental health struggles that came along with making decisions for the future.
Because of this, Eileen decided to complete her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Concordia University Chicago to further support the communities she was involved in.
She now specializes in working across the lifespan, and has experience with young adults, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has experience in treating depression, anxiety, postpartum issues, marital work and grief counseling. She is trained in suicide assessment and intervention and grounded in cognitive behavioral techniques.
Eileen is driven to help others achieve wellness and mental health through teaching positive coping skills and empowerment. She is fluent in Spanish and is very comfortable working in multicultural settings or with families with diverse backgrounds.
