Jon has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2007, after serving 12 years in pastoral ministry. He has 2 master’s degrees in counseling (Master of Divinity and Master of Arts). His counseling experience includes a wide range of ages, from children to adolescents to all ages of adults. He has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, groups, teams, and families.
Jon enjoys meeting people where they are, beginning a conversation by exploring what is most important to the client – then working from there to create an approach that will be most meaningful. He brings a wide range of emotional adaptability (from seriousness to light-heartedness), all brought into the connection with lots of great listening and genuine care. Hannah was originally drawn to the counseling field as a result of her undeniable passion for bringing out other’s highest potential. She creates a safe place for clients to come as they are through cultivating an environment based on acceptance, compassion and trust. She serves a mentor to at-risk children and adolescents where she helps them to overcome behavioral issues, anxiety, depression and other challenges around mental health. Through public speaking she feels fortunate to be able to share her expertise while connecting with others. Hannah works with all populations and specializes in Christian counseling where she integrates biblical principles into her work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology from North Park University and will have completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University in 2022.

Rick entered into vocational ministry in 2002 and served as a pastor at a local church for 15 years. He felt God’s call to transition his ministry into full-time therapeutic healing and has been privileged to see God’s life-changing transformation taking place in the lives of his clients. He received his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University and is a professional counselor in Illinois. Rick enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and those struggling with addictions. He has a special place in his heart for pastoral, adoptive, foster and blended families, as well as those raising children with special needs.

Tyler has been practicing counseling since 2019. He graduated with his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Tyler enjoys helping adults across the lifespan with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, anger, communication, grief, pornography addiction, men’s and women’s issues, and life transitions. He also enjoys providing Christian Counseling.
Tyler enjoys meeting clients where they are at in a nonjudgmental, encouraging environment. He enjoys helping clients identify behaviors and beliefs that they have learned in their lives that may no longer be serving them. He prefers to look at things holistically to help clients achieve positive change. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a person-centered style and is passionate about teaching clients new skills from other theoretical orientations. He enjoys going deep with clients, helping them unpack their stories, heal through past wounds, as well as developing greater insight to become more of the person that God has always intended them to be.

As a clinical intern, Grace is working on completing her MA in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University. She holds a BA in Psychology from Trinity International University. Grace loves to listen to and come alongside others by creating a safe and non-judgmental environment that allows them to explore, process, and work through life events with minimal disruption to their well-being. She is genuinely curious and appreciates others because she believes everyone possesses a built-in value that can only be discovered in a caring and respectful environment. She collaborates with clients to develop the best care that meets their needs. Grace enjoys working with individuals and groups of all ages and those from diverse cultural backgrounds on stress/anxiety, depression, life transition, parenting/family dynamics, and multicultural issues.

Jenny is a compassionate and dedicated professional counselor who believes in the transformative power of genuine connection and understanding. Before embarking on her journey in mental health counseling, Jenny spent over two decades in the corporate world, holding positions as a CPA and CISA. This valuable experience allowed her to understand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with family life, as she raised three children, each now in different stages of adolescence and adulthood.
Jenny specializes in assisting adults, teenagers, couples, and families through a variety of life challenges, including navigating life transitions, addressing marital issues, coping with grief and loss, facilitating trauma recovery, and resolving intercultural and intergenerational conflicts. Her ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin (中文) enables her to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
With Jenny’s guidance, clients learn practical skills, gain fresh perspectives on personal growth, and ultimately, lead more enriched lives. She is dedicated to fostering positive change and empowerment in the lives of those she works with.

Eileen Rancharan started her journey in higher education working in college admission counseling for six years, and was passionate in helping students in the transition to college. During that time, she grew a passion for helping families and students manage their mental health struggles that came along with making decisions for the future.
Because of this, Eileen decided to complete her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Concordia University Chicago to further support the communities she was involved in.
She now specializes in working across the lifespan, and has experience with young adults, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has experience in treating depression, anxiety, postpartum issues, marital work and grief counseling. She is trained in suicide assessment and intervention and grounded in cognitive behavioral techniques.
Eileen is driven to help others achieve wellness and mental health through teaching positive coping skills and empowerment. She is fluent in Spanish and is very comfortable working in multicultural settings or with families with diverse backgrounds.

Heather is passionate about working to find hope, healing, and relief for individuals and couples through counseling. She brings twenty years of experience in higher education, business, mentoring, marriage, and ministry to provide a space that is warm and focused. Heather holds both an MA in Biblical Literature and in Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. She is intentional and purposeful in providing safety, building new skills, addressing emotional distress, and seeing progress. Heather has presented at international conferences and consulted in multiple education, mentoring, and discipleship areas.
